About M3 Marshall Contracting & Masonry, Inc.

Three Generations of Masonry Excellence

M3, Inc was created by husband and wife duo Shane and Stefanie Marshall in 1998. The goal was to continue the family's masonry legacy. If you see a brick building, brick paving, a stone wall or a brick house in Charlottesville, chances are a Marshall laid the brick or stone.

As a third-generation mason, Shane Marshall has established a reputation for providing only the highest quality workmanship. This, coupled with his wife and co-founder, Stefanie Marshall's innovative thinking, has accounted for the success of M3, over the years.

M3, Inc. is also a Class A General Contractor offering a full range of general contracting services from custom-built homes to remodels throughout Charlottesville, Albemarle, and the surrounding Central Virginia cities/counties.

We specialize in brick, block, and stone craftmanship, as well as residential custom builds, renovations, and remodeling. From bricklayers to executive staff, we are united in our goals to provide a safe and rewarding environment for all; a quality product to our customers; and a determination to foster the growth of our company and the people who contribute to its success.

Partnering alongside some of the largest general contracting firms in Central Virginia, M3, Inc. is committed to providing the highest quality masonry services to the region, and we have had the opportunity to work on many of its most iconic structures.
