2017 Pinnacle Award Winner
M3 Inc. played a vital role in this collaborative project at Buckingham Elementary School in Dillwyn, Virginia. M3 Inc. installed the stonework for the architectural structure and various other areas around the campus.
“The slate material has been employed and tailored in a thoughtful, caring and attentive way. The slate has been imaginatively utilized, and expertly crafted and installed to meet a variety of uses such as benches, shingle walls, paving, and even crushed as a landscape material.”
2009 Waterworks Honor Award
The Dell is an 11-acre landscape that directs a buried stream into a stormwater pond and forebay system. The stonework of this piece ties in the natural landscape with the structure necessary to enjoy the scenery.

2005 International Exellence in Masonry
This project included elaborate brickwork at Woodberry Forest School- Terry House. The building was designed to compliment the other buildings on the campus, showcased in the Flemish Bond pattern of the exterior.
This award was granted "for the traditional use of masonry to blend the project in with surrounding structures, giving the feeling it has always been there".
