At M3, we will provide you with a comprehensive estimate of all of your desires, laying out the options to make the best decision for you and your family.

During this phase, we will finesse the design aspects and ensure that everything is to your liking. We will finalize any materials, including determining their availability, proximity, final cost and more. During the Plan it Out phase, we will also provide contingency plans and alternatives due to any issues that may arise. We will keep the line of communication open, to ensure that you, the client, aren't left in the dark about what is going on and what the process will look like. Once you have reviewed everything, we will prepare to build.

After final approval has been given during the Plan it Out stage, we are ready to build. This is the fun part! This stage is where you get to see your vision come to life right before your eyes. We start with the finalized plans and get to work. Our team will continue to communicate with you throughout the project to let you know of any potential changes to the price or schedule. This gives you the ability to know what is going on and continue to see the expected date of completion. Since M3, Inc. is a full-service General Contracting company, we not only handle the planning but the build as well.
